About the Company

I previously worked in the field for a large company, and stayed there for about 12 years. I decided to venture out on my own and establish a company based on my own personal values.

I wanted to treat my customers better than large companies do. To achieve this, I continually strive to provide my clients with quality work at reasonable rates.

Found Bunnara on Yelp. He had great reviews so I decided to call & schedule. He was able to come over for an estimate that same evening & was able to do the work 2 days later which worked out perfectly. I would give him more stars if I could for the following reasons:

1- Ease of scheduling

3- HONEST!!!!
4- Prices less then other companies that quoted
5- He does both dryer ducts AND AC ducts
6- Top notch equipment - cleans AND sterilizes & not just vacuuming the ducts! We're talking major scrubbing of the ducts.
7- 2 year warranty on work
8- Shows u exactly what and why u need things done. We had mold in our plenum unit & in 2 AC ducts! Super gross & I had no idea how long it was like that.
9- Total time was 3-4 hours not 30-40 mins as quoted by other companies which means the job was done right.
10- Extremely thorough

12- He does high ceiling vents without a problem
13- He fixed a duct for free that came away from the roof in the attic & was causing lint from the dryer to spew in the attic which can be a fire hazard.

Also I had major allergies & could not figure out why, even after weekly allergy shots. Since we got our ducts cleaned & sanitized, I'm no longer coughing up a lung. Must have been the mold that I was oblivious to. Live & learn!

I asked for a quote via yelp and he was able to give me the most comprehensive, detailed and cheapest offer! He actually stayed and finished the entire house that same day (!) disinfecting our entire air duct system and guarantee the results for two years!!

His work is so clean and tidy and he is extremely patience (I had many questions) and offered many extra FREE services (dryer vent cleaning, fans cleaning). He explained and showed me everything he did.

So, so pleased with the quality of service I received from Bunnara Hoy! I requested a quote on yelp and he called me in less than 10 minutes! He was able to come over to my house that day to give me a quote. Gave me pictures of my ducts with the quote- which was very reasonable.
